Questions
Does Ember+ give me any advantage in PvP?
No. Ember+ is cosmetic and social only. Mods, performance and settings are the same for every player.
How do I cancel?
Go to your account → Ember+ and press Cancel renewal. You won't be charged again and you keep every benefit until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to the exclusive cosmetics when my membership ends?
They leave your locker (and get unequipped) when the paid period ends, and come back the moment you rejoin. Cosmetics you bought with coins or received as gifts are never removed.
Do my badge months reset if I cancel?
No. Your time as a member adds up across every period you've had, so your badge color is waiting for you when you come back.
When do I get the monthly coins?
Once for each month of membership, right when that month starts. Annual members get them every month too. They're never paid twice for the same month.
What if a payment fails?
Your bank or card provider gets a few days to retry while you keep Ember+. If it still can't be charged, the membership ends and you can subscribe again anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Read the refund policy. If you think you were charged by mistake, open a ticket and we'll look at it.
